Miracles Confirming the Word
Intro: Words have little meaning, especially in places where physical needs are great. It takes the miraculous to capture the hearts of the people. In places where embracing Christianity means abuse and persecution, believers need to be sure they have accepted the real God.
Scripture: So Paul and Barnabas spent considerable time there, speaking boldly for the Lord, who confirmed the message of his grace by enabling them to do miraculous signs and wonders. -Acts 14:3
Prayer: Lord, I pray for the {TARGET} and I ask for miracles to confirm the truth of the Gospel, that deceptions would be shattered, believers would be strengthened in their faith, and unbelievers would be challenged to let go of false beliefs.
Lord release Your power to those who are at work among the {TARGET}, that the truth of Your word would be confirmed. Enable Your servants Lord, to perform miracles and wonders that break the power of superstition and deception.
As my prayer goes up to You Lord, let Your power come down, and reveal the truth of who You really are to the {TARGET}.
