Praying for: the Marines from my home town
Whisper a Love Note
Scripture: For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. -Romans 8:38-39
Prayer: Lord, You are the God of the galaxies and the God of the sand pebble. Nothing is too great for You, and nothing so small that it escapes Your notice.
I want to remind You of the Marines from my home town today Lord, and ask You for a special favor. Would You please whisper a love note to them today? In the midst of life’s struggles, it’s easy to miss the tenderness of Your love. So, please whisper something deep into their hearts today, Lord.
Holy Spirit, You are the best at communicating love, would You please touch the Marines from my home town today in a way that they know is You? Make Your love for them real and tangible, whisper something no one else knows, some intimate message that connects Your heart to theirs. Bless them Lord with Your kiss on their forehead. In Jesus name, amen.
