Cause courage to rise up in {THEIR} {heart,heart,hearts} and empower {THEIR} words with boldness, that {THEY} might proclaim all the truth of Your word. In Jesus name, I rebuke the spirit of fear that would hinder {TARGET} from freely testifying that Jesus is Lord, and proclaiming the fullness of Your kingdom. In Jesus name, amen.
