Praying for: the Pastors in my community
Renewing the Mind
Scripture: Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is–his good, pleasing and perfect will. -Romans 12:2
Prayer: Lord, high and lifted up, You rule from a kingdom far above our understanding. You are the Alpha and Omega, the One who knows all things, and there is no end to Your kingdom.
I pray for the Pastors in my community today, as ones who have been redeemed from darkness into Your glorious kingdom of light, and I ask Holy Spirit that You would renew their minds today. Transform them Lord, by releasing a deeper understanding of who You are. Break down the barriers of their natural thinking and birth in them divine revelation that honors and glorifies You.
As the Pastors in my community seek to love You with all their heart, mind, soul and strength, give them the understanding they need to walk in Your ways. Complete the work You have begun in them Lord, and display their lives as a billboard of who You are. In Jesus name.
